(1) Vendor needs to provide one card transaction system and related services to allow students, staff, and faculty to obtain access associated with University issued credentials, provide
attendance tracking, provide online account management, allow for digital photo uploads, and point of sale.
- Ability to allow for Rebel Cash to be used at all on-campus dining facilities, PODs, Campus Bookstore, off-campus merchants, Grub hub, printing on campus, vending machines and at other departments that accept Rebel Cash as a form of payment for their services.
- Provide event Access/Attendance Tracking
- Use for Library privileges/access, printing, Student Recreation Center access
- System/Data Integration
- Integrations with sources systems including, but not limited to, Peoplesoft and Workday
- Ability to integrate with the following Application Integration Systems
- Include photo upload solution
- Online photo fully integrated with the student system
- All payment card processing must use validated point-to-point encryption
- Solution has the ability to store payment information, the solution must use tokenized data instead of storing actual card data.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 31, 2023.
