Vendor needs to provide fire and life safety system preventative maintenance and service to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- Contractor shall provide certified trained technicians to perform required tests and inspections per all applicable federal, state, local, and adopted consensus standards, and any other applicable code requirements to include main drain, inspectors test valve, supervisory alarm, tamper alarm including flow of water and visual inspection of sprinkler heads.
- Contractor shall provide certified trained technicians to perform required test and inspection per all applicable federal, state, local, and adopted consensus standards, and any other applicable code requirements.
- Service shall include the inspection and replacement of rubber caps, and hydro-testing as applicable.
- Contractor shall provide trained technicians to test and inspect per all applicable Federal, State,local, and adopted consensus standards, and any other applicable code requirements. A signed
dated tag will be placed on every extinguisher (indoors and outdoors) to ensure every extinguisher has been properly serviced. This shall include labor and material to replace valve retainer seals , gauges, locking pins, verification collar, tamper indication device, chemical, and hydro testing as applicable
