(1) Vendor needs to provide centralized credentialing system to secure and implement a unified credentialing process offering Medicaid providers a single point of entry.
- Develop and support a Credentialing Committee to make credentialing decisions, including developing an Appeals Process to afford providers any appeal rights to which they are entitled to if their application is denied
- ability to effectively meet current business objectives and provide a platform to support the changing complexities of programs and recipient populations served
- system development lifecycle methodology maintains distinct, well-defined phases for inception through close-out; includes planning that describes schedules, target dates, and budgets; exhibits controls over the life of the project via written documentation, formal reviews, and signoff/acceptance by the system owner(s); and well- documented, repeatable processes with clear input and output criteria
- software development test environments mirror the capabilities of the production environment and support the specific testing levels (e.g., unit testing, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing.)
- license-based solution is used, then the awarded vendor shall procure licenses for all base components and third-party equipment
- Allow for change requests to be initiated and submitted by both DHCFP and Vendor staff through the proposed CM tool
- allow staff to determine the status of tickets quickly and efficiently that they are interested in.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2023.
