(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services.
- Develop a statically valid survey tool to create a baseline of community attitudes and perceptions of local government.
- Survey tool must incorporate the questions asked for the re parathion of the current strategic plan.
- Includes providing native documents to city staff for purposes of incorporating the information into other media - such as website, BCTV program, social media and newsletters, etc.
- Develop and format the strategic plan draft.
- Perform technical review of strategic plan draft.
- Present draft plan to strategic planning committee.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2023.
