(1) Vendor needs to provide travel management services and on–site travel agent service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– Provide on‐site consolidated travel management services.– The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, arranging commercial and charter flights, lodging, rental cars, and ground transportation for college athletic teams and individual travellers as requested.– The agent will also be responsible for providing reports, suggesting cost saving measures and attending meetings as requested.– Personnel/On–Site Agent – Company shall secure, at its own expense, all personnel needed to perform the services as requested. Such personnel shall not be employees of, or have any individual contractual relationship with agency.– All Travel Bookings: Company shall arrange individual and team accommodations as requested by taking advantage of State, Federal, Institutional, and special agency discounts, whichever is greater.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 21, 2024.
