(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV.– Required for all scheduled concerts and events. To the cleaning company by written correspondence. Prior to each event the city will notify the cleaning company how many cleaning personnel are needed based on projected attendance and ticket sales.– Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and other facilities before the event.– Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in common areas.– Wiping down surfaces such as countertops, tables, and chairs.– Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.– Emptying and replacing trash bags as needed.– Cleaning outdoor areas, including entrances, sidewalks, and parking lots.– Cleaning and maintaining equipment used during the event, such as audio–visual equipment or staging.– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and pick up trash, firework shells, or litter in event area.– Trash pickers, broom and pale, and gloves.– Ability to transport refuse from site to dumpsters.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 28,2024.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on March 21, 2024.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
