(1) Vendor needs to provide multimodal trail feasibility study service to the government authority located in Minden, NV.– Complete a feasibility study for a 10–foot wide, paved, at–grade multimodal trail approximately 1 mile in length.• Feasibility study, A narrative of the feasibility for constructing the multimodal trail.– Constraints with the project.– Narrative of cost estimate.– Additional technical reports or analysis that might be required if the project were to move forward.– Permitting requirements.– Possible grant funding sources.– Overall opinion on the feasibility of the project based on constraints, costs, and constructability.• A preliminary design will be prepared that is expected to be conceptual in nature but should cover the following main design elements:– Horizontal alignment of multimodal trail.– Centerline, pavement edges, shoulders.– Vertical alignment of multimodal trail centerline.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 3, 2024.
