(1) Vendor needs to provide structures inspection and analysis services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.– Perform bridge and tunnel inspections, Non–Redundant Steel Tension Member Inspections, Underwater Inspections, Tunnel Inspections, Training Services and Load Rating Services on a statewide basis, in accordance with National Bridge Inspection Standards, National Tunnel Inspection Standards.– Must provide a minimum of two inspection teams for concurrent bridge inspection operations.– Each team must have a Bridge Inspection Team Leader and an Assistant Inspector.– Approximately one thousand bridges Access–Required Routine Inspections.– Approximately two thousand five hundred Ground Level Routine bridge.– These inspections include several hundred reinforced concrete box culverts, and approximately sixty confined space RCBs.– Approximately sixty–five inspections require Underwater bridge inspections.– This Agreement shall include Underwater Diving Inspections of pre–identified bridges, special underwater inspections, and routine inspections performed concurrent with Underwater Diving Inspections, and any additional bridges determined to require Routine Underwater diving inspection during the agreement period.– Approximately twenty Ground Level Required Initial Inspections of newly constructed or newly identified bridges.– Approximately eighty Special, In–Depth or Damage bridge inspections which may arise due to vehicular collision, natural disaster, deterioration, etc. during the life of this Agreement.– Provide personnel and equipment as necessary to perform non–destructive testing to include ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing for special inspections.– Provide personnel and equipment as necessary to monitor particular known or suspected deficiency, such as foundation settlement or scour, fatigue damage, or the public’s misuse of a load posted bridge.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 11, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for four year.
