(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsorship and brand partnership program services with significant marketing presence that complies including marketing, sponsorship and naming rights policies.– The primary goal of the sponsorship and brand partnership program is to generate the highest level of annual, recurring revenue and/or generate savings– Will develop a list of prospective corporate sponsors and present them to the assigned City representative for approval before implementing sponsorship and brand partnership solicitations– Will develop specific proposals and Requests for Sponsorships to be sent to prospective sponsors. Requests for Sponsorships will not be sent to prospective sponsors without first obtaining the City representative’s approval.– Will be responsible for coordinating and meeting with prospective sponsorship companies.– Assist with presenting any sponsorship package to city management, city council, the media, and others as requested. the city will rely on the experience and expertise of the selected successful proposer to help identify internal and community issues that should be addressed by the city in seeking corporate sponsorships.(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 6, 2024.(3) A contract term will be for three years.
