(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft staffing consulting services to the government authority located in Carson, NV.1. Solution design:– Enterprise custom fields.– Up to three project detail pages.– Enterprise project types.– Enterprise resource metadata.– Project web app views.2. Project online configuration:– Configuration of project online according to the solution design.– Project online is available.– Coaching and knowledge transfer necessary to support the transition to project online.– The customer will actively participate and provide the appropriate resources in a timely manner.– Recommendations for further activities that involve extension of and migration to project online.– The remediation checklist is reviewed and finalized.3. Enhanced enablement:– Project intake and portfolio process design.– Resource management process design.– Schedule management process design.– Issues and risk management process design.(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 24, 2024.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
