(1) Vendor needs to provide professional consultative services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. – The main objective is to secure the utmost professional, consistent, comprehensive, and cost–effective services.– Expected to assist workforce connections with professional consultative services for agency system oversight and operations on an as–needed basis only.– Requires the services of a consultant to assist with the following items. The list is not all–inclusive. Please note that additional items may be added as it may become necessary or required by Workforce Connections.• Consortium and local board governance,• State and local plans,• Workforce connections’ board by–laws,• Infrastructure funding agreement,• Human–centered design strategies and implementation,• Workforce development legislation implementation and interpretation,• System development requirements,• Overall system oversight and operations,• System, funding and resources, and• Appropriations and reauthorization, as appropriate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 7, 2024.
