(1) Vendor needs to provide satellite imagery services service to the government authority located in NV.– Agency seeks qualified, capable firm or individuals to submit a written proposal to execute top–down image capture services of the city.– Goal is the delivery of consistently top–quality, top–down imagery with annual updates. the quality should be of the highest standard available. the images must be of the highest standard available as they are intended to be used for reference within 3d models representing proposed land developments within the city.– Furnish top–quality, top–down comprehensive digital imagery of the city limits; countywide coverage is acceptable. the images provided shall meet the city–specified quality standards concerning clarity and accuracy.– Additionally, on an annual basis, the Company must provide updated images.• Format:– The images must be delivered in digital form and preferably available for download in the following ESRI–recommended format of TIFF: internally tiled with overviews and suitable JPEG or LZW/deflate compression.– Data should be delivered as large TIF tiles, each file about 1gb. there should be some overlap (around 50 pixels) between the tiles.• Quality Assurance:– The company must continually adhere to rigorous quality assurance procedures. the company must already have in place the following:• Documented standards for image quality.• Quality control processes to ensure adherence to standards.– The city representative will inspect all deliverables and images for compliance with the specifications, workmanship, appearance, and conformance to any other requirements. submissions must meet the minimum quality requirements to be accepted following the contract terms.• Compliance:– The company must be able to align with, and adapt to, the GIS office’s technical specifications and make the necessary adjustments in a timely manner to ensure seamless integration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 16, 2024.
