This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is provided to advise that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm–Fixed–Priced, Delivery Order, with only one (1) source, Alvarez LLC. The procurement is to provide a Vocera certified Administrator (On–Site) and to establish a Vocera Professional Services Maintenance agreement for the Vocera Certified Administrator and the VASNHCS employees.This contract action is for a service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 13.106–1(b) and 41 USC §1901, only one (1) will meet the Government`s needs. Only one (1) source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the supplies and/or services. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519 and the size standard is $34 Million.
