(1) Vendor needs to provide cultural resources services to the government authority located in Nevada.– Provider will be tasked with developing plans, costs, assessments, and recommendations, providing field services, reporting, and mitigation strategies to support projects and activities statewide, and providing GIS support for cultural projects and cultural archives.– Background research and Project preparation, including:– Initial project GIS mapping:– Screening form preparation.– Survey and site recordation:– Survey up to and including intensive survey in transects less than 30 meters apart archaeology.– Architectural inventory.– Providing finalized GIS to agency standards, which may include multiple iterations of the same GIS data in various agency formats.– Report Writing:– Report writing to PA Handbook standards.– Treatment plans and mitigation:– Prepare treatment plans to PA Handbook standards.– Additional GIS Tasks:– Scanning or otherwise preparing reports, and correspondence for digital archiving.– Providing GIS digitization services and Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Department Cultural Records.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 31,2024.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
