(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation and voluntary insurances services.– Lines of Voluntary Insurance coverage include:• Group Life (which consists of Group Life, Dependent Life, and Accidental Death),• Short Term Disability,• Long Term Care,• Supplemental Life,• Cancer,• Accident,• Hospital,• Flexible spending accounts,– • Analyze and continuously monitor the district’s operations and loss exposures.• Coordinate and/or perform all on–site inspections necessary to identify exposures.• Recommend coverage’s consistent with the exposures to provide the highest level of coverage at the least possible cost to the district.• Annually market the insurance needs of the district, prepare underwriting specifications and bid packages for insurance placements, including renewals.• Annually negotiate with underwriters on terms and conditions to obtain the most beneficial and cost–effective converges available to the district, and inform the district representative of negotiation progress.• Provide as requested from time to time by the district, insurance quotations for additional insurance coverage’s.• Identify problem areas such as claims handling, safety hazards, uninsured risks, etc.• Make recommendations for improved program design.• Maintain accurate claims data on an incident date basis and provide the district with a quarterly status report.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 13, 2024.
