(1) Vendor needs to provide online licensing and customer engagement application platform.– Seeks to procure a licensing Solution, implementation services, and ongoing support and maintenance services.– internal users: 50 existing system users. System should be able to scale up to 150 system users, but future scalable volumes may exceed that number.– On–premise, Cloud–based and SaaS Solution.– The system shall have the capability for staff to manually data–enter applications submitted via paper (in person, mail, etc.).– The system shall allow Staff to identify the required licenses, training, fees and conditions based on the completed application that will drive the workflow for that application.– The system shall provide a mechanism to allow authorized staff to log phone calls from the Customer Call Center and walk–ins and associated information (e.g., contact, license number, application number, requestor information, reason type).– The system shall allow an authorized user to manually set/change license expiration dates according to business rules.– The system shall be able to record and track license effective dates (e.g., issuance date, expiration date).– The system shall be able to grant access to account–related information online via their user account.– The system shall be able to send text / SMS notification to customers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2024.
