(1) Vendor needs to provide online implementation and data collection platform.– Provide an online system for the implementation of the Educator Performance Frameworks which includes all tools, data collection, sharing of confidential information/resources, and educator support through targeted professional development/feedback.– Platform will serve as the online secure access point for the prescribed tools and protocols. – Online Implementation and Data Collection Platform must embed or include the most current version of word or PDF documents visible on the agency website, all links/tools must be updated annually to align with any changes to domain weighting or score range updates– Required Tools must include:• All NEPF Protocols, updated annually• All associated rubrics with level language, mandatory and confirmatory evidence, and descriptions/notes• Self–Assessment forms• Goal Setting and Planning form• Pre and Post Observation Conference forms• Observation Evidence Review form• Educator Assistance Plan form• Summative Evaluation Tool, with and without Student Learning Goal (SLG)• Summative Evaluation Exemption Verification Tool(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 2, 2024
