(1) Vendor needs to provide utility SCADA system.– SCADA systems including:• SCADA system’s network architecture, cyber security posture, telemetry equipment, control equipment, control software and control programming standards.• Effectively leverage existing data, previous studies, field investigations, collaborative workshops and reports. collaborate with agency staff to define current SCADA issues and improvement needs.• Analyze the information to effectively develop recommendations for SCADA improved design, programming standards and implementation.• Provide an engineer’s estimate for all SCADA capital improvement needs and identify potential funding sources.• Consultant should develop a data request for agency staff and allow ten working days for staff to gather all information requested.• Review and recommend technological improvements that would benefit the district’s utility SCADA system.
