The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106–1(b)(1) to Solipsys Corporation for ABC3/MSCT software engineer support services.The contract action is for software support services for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 10:00 AM PDT, 8 August 2024 will be considered by the Government.
