(1) Vendor needs to provide employee onboarding solution.– Audience for content will be employment candidates for agency executive branch agency positions.– Looking for innovative and motivational onboarding experiences for future state– Looking for new and innovative onboarding for its staff, the specific materials to be provided will be determined by the division– Engage regularly with state subject matter experts and any materials that will be provided– Develop agency employment onboarding experience– Consider the availability of open–source solutions when proposing– address the following components, as applicable: how end–user license agreements and font, image and video copyrights will be managed.– Provide access to a demo or mock–up for evaluators review.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2024(3) The contract period will be for four years.
