(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based trauma registry application. – To implement a cloud–hosted, web–based system to improve its trauma registry health data collection and reporting throughout the state.– The Application must provide a platform for agency data collection and accommodate all state trauma registry data collection services.– Provide a mechanism to manage and track the trauma registry data for reporting requirements– The system platform must provide the ability for these sites to submit required data identified by the agency and 450B.768 to the application data repository so that the state can maintain trauma data and produce timely reports as required.– The state must be able to extract trauma data, analyze types of traumas per county by age, sex, race and ethnicity, mortality, primary source of payment, place and mechanism of injury, injury severity score, mode of transportation, injury intent, safety equipment, drug and alcohol and other identifiable trauma related data to be stored in the application database and reported upon from the trauma registry.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2024. (3) The contract term will be four years.
