(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy after hours services to the government authority located in Elko, NV.– For picking up and dispensing Pharmaceutical.– Provide pharmacy services for limited duration (3–day supply) to bridge gap of coverage while Pharmacy is closed, for prescriptions provided as result of hospital discharge and emergency department visits from the local hospital, with limited exceptions, and excluding routine prescriptions for chronic medications.– Vendor pharmacy will bill the patients alternate resources first (ie: insurance with prescription coverage/other pharmacy third–party coverage), before billing the Government (ESU) and invoice any remaining balance or co–pay.(2) This bid is Buy Indian Set–Aside.(3) Contract period will be for one year.
