(1) Vendor needs to provide employment alcohol and drug testing services to the government authority located in Carson, NV.– Collection and testing of urine, breath, blood and bodily substances for alcohol and drugs of abuse.– Types of testing to be performed may include but are not limited to:– Pre–employment– For cause and reasonable suspicion– Post incident and accident– Return to work– Client testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2024.
