Notice of Intent to Sole Source – 99 ABW Unify CP UpgradeThe 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source delivery order under the authority of FAR 8.405–6(a)(1)(i)(B), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The requirement is for the purchase and installation of a Unify Command Post Upgrade for the 99th Air Base Wing.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.
