(1) Vendor needs to provide EMS ambulance billing services for data collection system for electronic patient care reports, establish and maintain a lockbox at a financial institution for deposit of all fees collected, delinquent accounts, issue checks for refunds, overpayments, or payments received, insurance claims for reimbursement.
(2) Contract period will be for four years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
