(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise collaboration platform.– To provide comprehensive implementation services related to the enterprise collaboration platform system.– Faculty/Staff Portal– Applications accessed include cloud hosted and on–prem such as Peoplesoft, CRM, eLearning,Facilities management– Provide the college’s faculty and staff with a rich, customizable, full feature portal with single sign–on.– Mobile Application: The System must support both iOS and Android platforms, using native applications for better usability and data security– System must have the ability to search and retrieve file(s) for download/view through a mobileApplication– Forms for Collaboration– Providing an application for Power Users enabling them to define Higher Education specificbusiness process forms in a dynamic manner by adding elements onto a form builder UIwithout requiring IT involvement– Data / Document Management with OCR– Detailed tracking, retrieval, and management of Student’s electronic records– Workflow and Integrations Module– eSignature Module– The System(s) must be hosted in a SaaS, cloud–based architecture availableanywhere at any time.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2024.
