(1) Vendor needs to provide ATM kiosk services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. • Weekly currency pickup services from Owner’s kiosk. It is an indoor kiosk where keys will be provided to access along with code to a model SCNXL CashBox.• Deposit Retrieval between 8am–4pm during normal business hours.– Remove and transport deposits from kiosk.– Communicate with customers network and alarm service when entering and leaving kiosk site.• Cash Replenishment Service.– Replenish the ATM on the designated days and times.– Remove all currency from the previous balanced ATM(s).– Balance and or settle each ATM(s).– Fill cassette(s) to verify currency levels.– Perform a dispense test to ensure ATM(s) is operational.– Discrepancy / dispute process.– Communicate with Owner’s network and alarm service when entering and leaving ATM site.• Deposit Retrieval– Remove and transport deposits from vault room via Customer Care & Field Services (CC&FS) Cashier with Owner Security escort.– Identify the process should our financial institution change.• Emergency Cash– E.g., if kiosks ran out of change and if replenishment is needed, Provider would provide emergency cash delivery services during business hours.• Cash Delivery(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2024 (3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2024. (4) The contract period will be for seven years.
