(1) Vendor needs to provide executive marketing services. • Key messages that positively position, providing foundational messaging to ensure consistency throughout all public–facing communications.• Promote events and milestones of with press releases and targeted media outreach for initiatives, programs, special funding, grants and other newsworthy events.• Help find compelling success stories that showcase and magnify the work; leading to media releases and pitches for positive press.• Draft and secure Opinion Editorials (OpEds) from our Executive Director, Lewis Jordan, other executives as desired, and possibly, clients who have benefited from services.• Continue to elevate Lewis Jordan’s public image as top executive in the affordable housing space, incl. media appearances.• Field media requests, to filter and vet requests, assist in developing appropriate and strategic responses.• Crisis communications, developing strategies and statement responses as needed. Includes round–the–clock accessibility when needed.• For new projects, groundbreakings, and ceremonies, assist with the planning and execution of media events.• Assist with sourcing firms to provide branding services, if and when desires.• Provide dedicated account management, to include regular meeting attendance, monthly earned media reports, and ongoing communication with the client
