(1) Vendor needs to provide government relation service.– Develop recommended action plans on priority issues to the city that are under consideration by the State Legislature.– Conduct briefings with city Council members and city officers as requested.– Provide strategic guidance and assist city staff in developing appropriate strategies to increase chances of success in the legislative and regulatory realms.– Monitor and track proposed legislation of interest to the city.– Create an engagement strategy and workplan that maps stages and outlines action steps designed to guide the city’s two 2025 Bill Draft Requests to legislative success.(2) Contract period will be for one year.
