(1) Vendor needs to provide Medicare exchange and health reimbursement account services.– Provide a fully integrated service where participants will have a single point of contact for questions about their benefit plans, benefit plans offered through the Medicare Exchange, enrollment, administration to include to, claim payments and reimbursements.– Provide a approved cobranded website that allows participants to access certain information to file claims, including:– Provide real–time history of claims submission and payment process– Provide reimbursement process management, such as claim reimbursement status– Provide account management with transaction history and account balance– Provide contributions data– Provide education tools (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 22, 2024.
