[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate medical services for healthcare services include physician services, nursing services, pharmaceutical services, laboratory and x-ray services, all computers, scanners, printers, copier, and fax machine as well as the supplies, disposal of all medical waste, including infectious or hazardous waste, medical records management and management services for jail to the government authority located in Elko, NV.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 28, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
