(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based compliant paratransit and on–call scheduling software. • System must include a Dispatching or Administrative Portal, Rider Application with coordinating website, and Driver Application.• System must allow fare capping.• System must assign passenger trips to the Driver Application immediately upon scheduling.• Allow dispatchers to intervene with the scheduling algorithm to edit, add, assign, reassign, modify ride service zone, and cancel rides in the system.• The Portal should be a browser or cloud–based service with unlimited user accounts.• Must be able to call in to have a ride scheduled through staff that can be paid for on board the vehicle.• Application must be available for both Android and iOS devices, and support at least the last two major versions of those operating systems.• The app shall always be functional on the latest version of the Operating System (OS) for each supported platform.• Ability to store payment choices and card information.• App should have the ability to provide multiple languages for customer needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Feb 4, 2025.
