(1) Vendor needs to provide video enhancements services.– Implement video enhancements to update agency current statewide video transcoding and distribution system, to supply near real–time video to all strategic partners– The statewide video system also allows the public to check the road conditions and makes the video sternum.– The latest software versions available, deploy streamlined new web applications, and upgrade critical background processes to provide a highly stable platform.– Video system is being upgraded and will feature a new front, end webpage designed to serve dual purposes that will include an 'untrusted l public–facing system and a 'trusted' agency–facing system– To video viewing through pop–up video windows, while the trusted agency–facing interface will offer additional functionalities, including a device list, customizable video window layouts, and camera control capabilities.– The migration from AppleHLS to WebRTC– AppleHLS, a lightweight video protocol, is well–suited for public video distribution– WebRTC, designed for real–tilne video cominunication with a delay ofjust 300ms to 600ms, is the ideal protocol for agency users who require real–time video for incident management and camera control– The current system relies on video transcoding for suppression, where each video stream is transcoded twice—once for the public and once for frusted users– The service provider will ilnplement the latest software versions, deploy streamlined web applications, and upgrade essential background processes to ensure a stable and high–perforlning platform.
