(1) Vendor needs to provide for 24x7 phlebotomist services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV. – To enhance public safety by ensuring the timely and accurate collection of blood samples from impaired drivers, thus supporting the reduction of impaired driving incidents across the state.– The phlebotomy service will be available around the clock, ensuring prompt response to impaired driving cases at any time.– . Additionally, the service will provide reliable blood evidence crucial for agency prosecutions, including cases involving controlled substances and serious incidents.– Ensure the timely and accurate collection of blood samples from impaired drivers, contributing to the overall reduction of impaired driving incidents and enhancing public safety across Nevada.Guarantee that phlebotomy services are available on a 24/7 basis, allowing the Highway Patrol to respond promptly to all impaired driving incidents, regardless of the time of day or location within the jurisdiction– Provide consistent and reliable blood evidence that is critical for the successful prosecution of agency cases, including those involving controlled or illicit substances, agency –related fatalities, substantial bodily harm and other felony incidents.Ensure the ability of certified phlebotomists to provide expert courtroom testimony when required, strengthening the evidentiary support for prosecutions and reducing the likelihood of case dismissals.– Foster a strong, collaborative relationship between the Highway Patrol and the phlebotomy service, ensuring clear communication, mutual understanding of protocols, and swift resolution of any issues that may arise.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 7, 2025.
