(1) Vendor needs to provide document digitization and related services.– Digital scanning conversion of many records may include, but not limited to, Financial Documents, Meeting Minutes, Public Service Documents, Water Quality Documents, drawings, Southern Nevada Water System (SNWS) Submittals, Journal Vouchers, Engineering Documents, District Contracts, Development Services records, Risk Workman’s Compensation Records and any other records– Provider will provide the technology, document digitization services, project management, hardware maintenance, and consulting services.– The records may consist of paper, up to 24 x 36 in size.– Provider will prepare, scan, and index all hardcopy records received hereunder, to specified imaging standards stated below.– Provide a quality assurance check to ensure image and index accuracy of scanned images– DPI: 300 DPI – US Letter, US Legal, Ledger Sized Paper (black & white)– 200 DPI Large Format Drawings & Maps – 24” x 36” or above(2) The contract period will be for seven years.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on February 20, 2025.
