(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits administration system.– Obtain the optimal mix of cost and system functionality– Allow for employer and employee access in a single system, common database, and standard user interface– Provide consulting services, configuration, software customization, integrations, testing, training, and project management necessary to implement its benefits administration system or administration services– Provide all required software, software licenses, maintenance and support, and hosting services required to enable benefits administration.– Calculation and maintenance of eligibility information– Member enrollment (both online and manual), including medical option decision support and modeling tools– Member and employer billing and reconciliation, online and manual– Self–service portal for employers, employees, and retirees– Robust customer relationship management including case notes or other correspondence tracking capabilities and phone call logs– Robust customized reporting abilities with ad–hoc capabilities, exportable to an excel spreadsheet, and other reporting tools– Imaging and document management– The System shall contain functionality to securely send, receive, process, and manage the electronic exchange of data with third–party administrators, banking institutions and other partners, other State entities, and other systems(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2025 and March 17, 2025.(3) Letter of Intent to Bid must be submitted due on March 6, 2025.
