(1) Vendor needs to provide engagement software.– The ideal cloud–hosted solution will support every stage of the public records– A way to bookmark/post frequently requested records for easy access– Front–end triaging of requests– Ability to upload and attach large file sizes with limited restrictions– Use of AI for quick linking and guiding, and general support to save team time throughout the process– A user interface and portal which is easy to learn and use for both Henderson employees and requesters– The preferred system should enable the ability to be integrated with the city's Microsoft 365 cloud–based email system so stakeholders can be notified of new activity
