(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– Nightly cleaning services provided monday through friday.– General office areas and classrooms:– All trash receptacles are to be emptied and trash removed to collection point.– Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.– Staff lounge– Empty trash containers and replace liners– Wipe off table tops and chairs– Restrooms– Entrances, lobbies, halls, and other public areas– Outside policing– General office areas, classrooms, hallways and staff lounge– Restrooms– Entrances, lobbies and stairwells(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 21, 2025.
