(1) Vendor needs to provide curriculum and mobile app.• Provide Staff Wellness Program – Curriculum and Mobile App services.• The app must be developed for both iOS and Android platforms.• This curriculum will allow staff to be trained to implement Peer Support which is used to train individuals on how to identify peers who are in mental health distress.• Proposing vendors will develop a secure, user–friendly mobile app that connects employees of the with trained peer supporters.• The app will offer resources and tools for mental health and well–being.• The app will create an easily accessible and reliable platform that ensures privacy and confidentiality for users seeking support.• The app will enable ongoing peer support and a system for monitoring app usage and feedback.• Design, implement, and evaluate a peer support program using principles.• Promote mental health awareness and provide essential support after traumatic events.• Create a sustainable support structure within the organization or community.• The development, launch, and ongoing support of a Peer Support Phone App.• Develop a secure, user–friendly mobile app that connects employees of the with trained peer supporters.• Develop an intuitive, accessible and visually engaging user interface.• Real–time Communication: Integration of messaging and video calls to facilitate peer support interactions (with privacy and security features).• Resource Library: A built–in library of mental health resources, crisis management tools, and self–care tips.• Emergency Alert System: A feature that allows users to quickly contact a crisis hotline or emergency services if needed.• Feedback Mechanism: A system for users to provide feedback on their support experience and app functionality.• Ensure app performance on a range of devices and screen sizes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 19, 2025.
