Included in the responsibilities; stage management, sound technician, vendor coordination, permit review and logistics management.– Performs maintenance tasks on theatrical and production equipment.– Interviews, recruits, trains, schedules and supervises production technicians.– Develops and modifies production scheduling.– Stays abreast of new trends, innovations and safety issues in the field of production and performance services.– Ensures that all work assignments are carried out following standard safety practices and that a safe environment is maintained for patrons, user groups and staff.– Contributes to the effectiveness of the department's service to customers by offering suggestions and participating as an active member of a work team.– Performs technical functions in the operation of electronic equipment such as audio, video, lighting, rigging and stage production equipment.(2) This is not RFP; this is job posting.
