Vendor needs to provide client payment card program service to the government authority located in Carson, NV.– to administer the automated issuance, delivery, payment, reconciliation, and reporting of pre–authorized Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and Workforce purchases made directly by clients through the payment card.– The Program services would also offer the ability for Client cardholders to access their account through a website and/or mobile app to track their balances of authorized and used amounts. – Payment cards which prominently display the agency logo to agency clients which are widely accepted by a variety of vendors nationally either in person, online, or by telephone/fax to reimburse clients for personal funds paid for approved goods or services.– Branded VISA or Mastercard, operate via the VISA or Mastercard network, be accepted by any participating merchant, and will allow for PIN–based and signature–based purchases.– The vendor shall provide all services necessary to implement the payment card statewide including, but not limited to account setup and authorization, card maintenance, training, customer account maintenance, transaction processing, customer service, settlement and reconciliation, reporting, and risk management.– The vendor shall provide the ability to offer virtual payment capability via mobile app.– Cards that are issued to clients statewide, with the listing of newly established cardholder accounts and status, including active, inactive, and closed.– The vendor shall provide real–time, on–demand dashboard reporting with up–to–the–moment data.
