[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide registration and decal manufacturing services for comprehensive multi-faceted solution for the production, printing and mailing of registration forms and decal and permit indicia to print-on-demand environment in the field offices for registration decals and documentation, printing of decals for motor carrier division operations, printing and mailing of non-resident business permits, processing and mailing of batched decals and documentation to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
