[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video production services to professional video services and production of
Water Ways television program, design and creation of graphics and animation when necessary, script and produce the story content and set the monthly shooting and editing schedules, lights, HD camera, crew, audio, teleprompter, studio use, and conducting interviews, creative directing and consultation based on episode outline and scripts as provided and approved, log all raw footage to cut scenes, edit 25- to 30-minute show, including host segment and 4-6 reporter segments, insert after-effects, graphics and animation, voiceover, music and sound effects.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 19, 2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 8, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
