(1) Vendor needs to provide procure-to-pay and inventory management system for implement best practices, including additional financial controls, work flow, and more effective budget and expense tracking, improve inventory management, improve financial transparency, data integrity and reporting, implement more robust financial controls, improve access to data and information to enhance decision making and streamline business processes to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 3, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2018.

Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, some tasks will be required to be performed on-site.
