Government Authority located Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for call center design and implementation upgrade services.
[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call center design and implementation upgrade services to software, firmware and process flow to review, reconfigure and verify the functionality and management of the call center, to reconfigure the call routing, queuing system including the redundant configuration of the system, upgrade the firmware for desktop phones across the entire network, validation of call manager fail-over functionality to ensure a voice gateway can fail to another site, call manager to ensure proper call routing, 911 functionality to ensure proper routing, DID and address information is displayed across, setup correctly for all locations to ensure if WAN service is interrupted, basic setup, training and provisioning of E911 services.
(2) All the question must be submitted no later than February 2, 2018.

Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, some tasks will be required to be performed on-site.
