[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data collection services for conduct research studies to track customer satisfaction, attitudes toward various initiatives and programs and other issues, split random and contact sample and maintain a telephone system for outbound calling and data collection to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 7, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 14, 2018.
