[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources employee learning management system Cloud-based learning management solution that will deliver a tracking and reporting mechanism for self-paced employee training modules, evaluate training usefulness and effectiveness, personal employee and presenter dashboards, training reminders, offer blended learning opportunities, micro learning content, mobile and off-site access, Allows for reports to be output in multiple formats and for standard reports to be created, scheduled, and emailed to groups of administrators.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 26, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
