[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public health consulting, management and education services including marketing services, conference planning services, facilitation, community building, program evaluation, training, needs assessments, project management, data analysis and report development and medical billing services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
(2) Vendor needs to provide marketing services to develop marketing plans for public health outreach campaigns, events, conferences, projects or agencies through online media, print media, radio advertising, tv ads, television production, media planning, buying and placement for tv, radio, print, online, copy writing, content development, and script writing, website development; and creative direction for web, tv, radio, outdoor, packaging, and print.
(3) Vendor needs to provide graphic design services for display ads, collateral development, newsletters and brochures.
(4) Vendor needs to provide medical billing services that allows for charge entry, claims submission, payment posting and account follow up and create medical claims using the patient data, including but not limited to patient demographics, insurance information, procedure and diagnosis codes provided by the agency.
(5) All questions must be submitted no later than March 27, 2018.
(6) Contract period will be five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
