(1) Vendor needs to provide printing, distribution and inbound call center support services for program eligibility, report information and questions about student and taxpayer data.
(2) Approximate current volume will be 35,409 copies for printing and 64,100 calls for call center.
(3) Approximate historical call volume was 32,972 calls for Aug 2013 to July 2014, 33,967 calls for Aug 2014 to July 2015 and 7,189 calls Aug 2015 to July 2016.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
