Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for library automated materials handling system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide library automated materials handling system for discharging of items regardless of medium of the item, system must be able to sort materials into 3-5 bins and be capable of adding additional bins at a later time, sorting software must interface with the Koha and sorting equipment must read tags programmed with multiple items.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 26, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 05, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
